Can you develop allergy to Sculptra?

Although unusual, it is definitely possible to develop allergies to lidocaine, numbing cream or Sculptra even after multiple previous treatments. Nevertheless, from the symptoms you describe, you had anaphylaxis (which is a form of allergic reaction). Anaphylatic reactions usually occur within 1-2 hours of exposure to the triggering agent, so it is unlikely that the reaction you had 4 days later is from the products used during your Sculptra session.
