Can you develop allergy to Sculptra?

Hi, Had Sculptra many times over the years but new Dr injected me & 4 days later I had severe hives over entire body. Fekt unwell.The paramedics were called due to my throat itching &chest tightness. Is it safe for me to try a tester of Scupltra as this new Dr used a numbing gel which I never had previously plus Lidocaine. I understand Scupltra can be mixed instead with saline. Thank you so much.

This product is injected into the dermal layer of skin! Avoid bony area and avoid deposit injection. It is best to be injected with a micro Cannula antegrade or retrograde when the product is warm and well mixed to avoid clumps or clogging of the cannula!

I normally recommend waiting at least a month in between Sculptra treatments, but there is no harm in waiting a longer period of time. So, I would see no problem having your second treatment session 4 months after the first. This should not have a negative impact on your results.
