How much Sculptra would I need to even out my butt?

This is a very difficult question to answer without a photograph. The size of the difference will determine how much is necessary.

Despite the advertising, fillers are way too expensive to use for any real buttock enlargement. If Sculptra or Renuva are used, it is also only temporary.

Your question is similar to the one if I asked you how much water do I need to fill my cup. You can’t possibly know the size of the cup I’m talking about and I don’t know how big your buttocks are or the defect you’re referring to . You need to be evaluated in person to determine if fat grafting perhaps might be helpful in your case or Sculptra.
