How much Sculptra would I need to even out my butt?

Question

One butt implant is bigger than the other. How much sculptra would I need to make one cheek bigger so it's even? Thank you

Jeffrey H. Spiegel, MD · Answer

This is a very difficult question to answer without a photograph. The size of the difference will determine how much is necessary.

Gerald Minniti, MD, FACS · Answer

Despite the advertising, fillers are way too expensive to use for any real buttock enlargement. If Sculptra or Renuva are used, it is also only temporary.

Without posted photo/s can not offer accurate response. My guess is 20 vials ???? See my IG for costs. This is offered under local anesthesia.

Leonard Grossman, MD · Answer

Your question is similar to the one if I asked you how much water do I need to fill my cup. You can’t possibly know the size of the cup I’m talking about and I don’t know how big your buttocks are or the defect you’re referring to . You need to be evaluated in person to determine if fat grafting perhaps might be helpful in your case or Sculptra. Only after an individual and in person consultation can A plastic surgeon determine approximately how much Sculptra needs to be used. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
