Had a Mini Tummy Tuck 1.5YRS ago. Since I have had 8 umbilicus infections, no history pre-op. NHS can only offer antibiotics each time. Original surgeon advised this is due to the pull leaving my umbilicus vertical and closed, he suggested reconstructive umbilicoplasty but will not cover the cost which is more than my original op. Where do I stand? GP suggested ombudsman as this is a direct complication from my original op?

You will need to post more photos, frontal and side views and/or be examined to see if fullness is internal or excess fat. Visceral fat is not corrected with a tuck. EMSculpt can help with visceral fat and tighten weak abdominal muscles.
The abdominal contour that concerns you can be related to a few possibilities. If the issue is subcutaneous fat then liposuction should give you improvement. It could be that the muscle repair failed. This would require a revision of the tummy tuck for improvement. It could be visceral fat...
The upper bulge probably could be treated with liposuction. Liposuction in that area at the same time of the tuck is usually not safe and is not done. Your lower side bulge can be excised or perhaps treated with liposuction. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
