Have chronic urticaria due to hair dye allergy from 15 years ago, concerned about getting lip/nasolabial fold filler - advice?

Hair allergy to chemical PpD kicked off 15 years plus previosuly after using black henna. Chronic Urticaria with welts from slight pressure touching became more apparent over time, treated with month course of steroids two years back during lockdown, it settled and take antihistamines Phenofexadine & Citirizine to keep itching down. Itching reoccurs if I miss a few days. Wanted lip filler and dermal filler for naso labial fold area, but now seriously rethinking it. Advice appreciated.

Hi Lolig, great question. It's hard to tell from the picture, but it's possible that the redness is from the accutane irritation and not from the dissolved filler. There's not a set time you have to wait, but I would hold off until your skin is less sensitive.
