I had a botched LP which resulted in my labia being amputated & over resection of the labia majora skin. I initially wanted the labia majora done to smoothen the loose skin But my surgeon removed too much swhich has resulted in the area being super flat&tight. This means when I spread my legs my whole vulva stretches open as the skin has no laxity. What can be done to fix this? Can tissue expanders be used in my case to stretch the area back out, then fat transfer afterward?

Answer: Revision labiaplasty I would fat graft the majora. You may need more than one session. There should be some local plastic surgeons who could do

Answer: Revision Labiaplasty Yes, tissue expanders can be used to "stretch" the labia majora, or fat transfer utilizing a combination of PRP and micronized fat via a Tulip System or equivalent, if you wish your majora "...puffed up..." Regarding "...looking open," a mini V-wedge or 2 on each side will serve to "close" the opening to some extent. It is difficult to be exact based on only one photograph. My recommendation is to fine a surgeon who specializes in revisions, and whose thought process is expansive. If you are unable to travel to the U.S., your best bet in Europe would be either Dawid Serafin or Rafal Kuzlik in Poland. Dr. Alexandros Bader in London is great as well, but I'm not sure if he would do the mini-wedges that might best minimize the open appearance of the vaginal introitus.
