Hi, so i got a chin implant for a really weak chin about two years ago. From the side i’m happy with it— there’s a huge improvement in my side profile but from the front i absolutely hate it. My chin is extremely pointy now & i hate the way my jaw line looks. What can i do to improve it & try to get it more similar to my second picture i photoshopped if it’s even possible? I want to lower my jaw line & square out my chin more. New chin implant, jaw implant, any ideas or suggestions? thank you!!

I have not seen a case where a Medpor implant can not be completely removed, including the jaw angle region. Because of the tissue adherence removing such jaw angle implants does incur the risks of masseteric muscle dehiscence. That is the soft tissue risk, not sagging.
