The definitive way to make that change is with a custom jawline implant. That is a total jawline shape change which includes a broader chin that is vertically shorter. Only through a preoperative 3D design can such a change be most likely achieved. The current chin implant will be see in the scan which will be very helpful in making the type of change you want in the chin area and then back along the jawline.

Try injection of HA fillers on the sides of the implant to see if this improves your frontal appearances. Or exchange implant to a long or extended chin implant.

You would need more images to obtain proper advice including side xray to see the natural bone contour etc. But definitely feasible to alter the jawline and chin in combination.
