Hi, so i got a chin implant for a really weak chin about two years ago. From the side i’m happy with it— there’s a huge improvement in my side profile but from the front i absolutely hate it. My chin is extremely pointy now & i hate the way my jaw line looks. What can i do to improve it & try to get it more similar to my second picture i photoshopped if it’s even possible? I want to lower my jaw line & square out my chin more. New chin implant, jaw implant, any ideas or suggestions? thank you!!

Answer: Chin augmentation Dear shannonstark, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Chin/Jaw Reshaping The definitive way to make that change is with a custom jawline implant. That is a total jawline shape change which includes a broader chin that is vertically shorter. Only through a preoperative 3D design can such a change be most likely achieved. The current chin implant will be see in the scan which will be very helpful in making the type of change you want in the chin area and then back along the jawline.
