Hi I’m 21 F and have this blue vein on my temple. Is this a medical concern? Will this continue to get worse and possibly bulge? Please help/advise

Low body fat and aging both make your veins more prominent. We often treat hand veins with sclerotherapy, which removes them. However, we don't recommend treating or removing veins from your arms as they are needed for blood draws and medical procedures.
