Is it normal for blue veins to be this visible on temple, will it get worse and possibly bulge? (Photo)

Hi I’m 21 F and have this blue vein on my temple. Is this a medical concern? Will this continue to get worse and possibly bulge? Please help/advise

The veins pictured are reticular veins. They are of no medical concern. If desired, those veins can be treated for cosmetic purposes with sclerotherapy but if they don't bother you, they don't need to be treated.
