Hi, I’m 21 F with some small thread veins on my body due to pale skin. I have these veins on my hip and the back of my leg, are these normal? Are they going to get worse over time and/or turn into varicose veins.

The veins pictured are reticular veins. They are of no medical concern. If desired, those veins can be treated for cosmetic purposes with sclerotherapy but if they don't bother you, they don't need to be treated.
Low body fat and aging both make your veins more prominent. We often treat hand veins with sclerotherapy, which removes them. However, we don't recommend treating or removing veins from your arms as they are needed for blood draws and medical procedures.
The vein pictured is a reticular vein. These veins run just under the skin and can often "feed" spider veins. It can be treated with cosmetic sclerotherapy or even a very limited microphlebectomy if you do not like the appearance but it is not a clinical concern and does not need to be treated,...
