I am female 33 years old and have very prominent bulging veins in my hands and wrists/forearms that are unsightly and make my hands look very masculine and aged. I have very low body fat in my arms and upper body, which accentuates the veins even more. What can be done to address this issue? The veins are blue and I assume are functioning/doing a job.
