Your bellybutton is high on your before pictures. It does not move during the procedure and your belly button is in the exact same location.
Because you have a high belly button your surgeon could not clear all the skin and this is why you have the small vertical scar in the middle of your main incision.
This may also have contributed to limiting how low the score can be set
Other than the belly button incision being on the large side (different plastic surgeons have different approaches ) everything looks appropriate and correct.
