I had primary and revisionrhinoplasty, with the last surgery taking place over two years ago. My tip, i find is uneven / crooked. the alar retraction makes the appearance look asymmetrical. I really don’t want to undergo another procedure, especially under general anaesthesia. What are my options to correct this? My surgeon is saying leave it to avoid further disappointment. But this is causing significant distress in my day to day life.

It is difficult to truly evaluate the outcome/nose with the photos provided. I recommend seeing your original surgeon to voice your results. Any surgeon who is serious about rhinoplasty will listen to your concerns and provide appropriate counseling/advice regarding how best to move forward....
