Which procedure would correct alar retraction and uneven nostrils? Over 2 years post op (photos)

Question

I had primary and revisionrhinoplasty, with the last surgery taking place over two years ago. My tip, i find is uneven / crooked. the alar retraction makes the appearance look asymmetrical. I really don’t want to undergo another procedure, especially under general anaesthesia. What are my options to correct this? My surgeon is saying leave it to avoid further disappointment. But this is causing significant distress in my day to day life.

If you’ve already had one attempt at revision, then you should probably leave good enough alone.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you’ve had more than one operation then we should see before and after pictures of each of your previous procedures.
If you don’t haveproper before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
