Upper lift aesthetics and unbalanced face. Is lip lift an option? (photo)

lana2401
I had a rhinoplasty about 7 years ago, since then, my upper lip hangs past my front teeth, making me look older and awkward. Additionally, I feel the lower portion of my face, particularly my chin, appears too large and out of proportion. I had facial palsy on the left side of my face 17 years ago, leaving some unevenness that seems more noticeable with age. I’m unhappy with how my upper lip looks and how my face feels unbalanced. Any procedure suggestions that might help address these concerns?
