I'm sorry for your experience with facial palsy. In short, it's difficult to address facial asymmetries from that condition with single, 2D photos. However, you are an excellent candidate for a lip lift to address your longer upper lip and asymmetry. Also, your chin can be shaved down through a hidden incision under your chin to give a more narrow chin.

You would be an excellent lip lift candidate. This would improve the upper and lower lip proportions, increase dental show, and increase vermilion show, overall creating a more youthful and feminine appearance. Chin contouring can be done as well to reduce the width/squareness of the chin. This is done through a small incision on the inside of the mouth between the lower lip and teeth.

You are an excellent candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. The procedure takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000. You may also benefit from a chin implant. This may give you more projection and decrease the wide appearance of your chin from a frontal view.
