I had a liplift 2 years ago which resulted in asymmetry. The right side of my lip is now thicker than the left side and my left nostril is longer than my right nostril. Will a revision liplift improve the asymmetries?

I'm sorry you experienced asymmetry with your prior procedure. A simple revision done in-office, could easily fix this asymmetry by raising the left side to match the right.
