While any filler can do a fairly good job on smoker's lines, Restylane Silk, a new one that is designed for lips, is the best. The other thing, of course, is that you should stop smoking as they won't get better without that! Additionally, Botox (only in the hands of a very good injector) is a great addition that will help to diminish lines. Both of these are things that need to be done by an expert. Good luck!
The FDA has recently approved Juvederm Volbella XC in the United States to treat perioral rhytids or "smokers lines" as they are often called even if a client has never smoked. This product has been proven to last upwards of a year however if very technique dependent. The injection technique of this product is very specific and is not for the novice injector. If injected too superficially or not within the specific subdermal region, one can be left with lumps, bumps and blue discoloration. It is important to find an injector who has performed thousands of Juvederm procedures. This product is fantastic however is only as good as the injector performing it. Best wishes.
