Please help- badly healed laceration itchy and raised- want to know best way to heal it surgically? (photos)

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. The result will be even worse than you have now. I will widen for sure, and perhaps get infected. I would go to a plastics or derm for treatment. Injection with Kenalog, plus/minus lasers or Infini will help. Please don't do this at home. You can try silicon sheeting in the mean time.
