I got my nose pierced about month ago and I noticed that a keloid is starting to form. After doing a lot of research, they all say to use sea salt but I only can find Epsom salt where I live. So I was wondering because sea salt and Epsom salt are about the same. can I just substitute sea salt for Epsom salt?.
