It appears that your main concern is a weak chin. This could be due to either an isolated, small, or retruded chin, or a smaller lower jaw associated with an overbite. How is your bite alignment? If there’s no overbite and the issue is limited to chin projection, it can be addressed with either a sliding genioplasty or a chin implant. My preferred option is genioplasty, as it allows precise control over the chin’s shape and position—lengthening the jawline and bringing the chin into better alignment with your nasal projection. If there is a bite discrepancy, then treatment may need to be more comprehensive to correct both functional and aesthetic concerns.Additionally, fat grafting under the eyes could improve the mild hollowness, and a small amount to the upper cheeks could enhance cheek projection. You might also consider a rhinoplasty to refine the nasal tip and reduce bulbosity.Of course, none of these procedures are necessary—you already have very nice facial features. These are simply elective options to consider if you wish to further enhance facial balance and harmony.
