I had a nasty infection on my nose approximately 9 months ago, which has left me with scarring (pitted). A dermatologist has recommended TCA cross for the scarring. I have brown Indian coloured skin and was also considering Fraxel/CO2 laser or dermaroller. What would the doctors recommend ? Thanks.

It might be that the scar is too small to warrant treatment. I cannot tell from your image. Don't fall under the common impression that lasers are the only way to go with scars. Get to a good plastic surgeon and have your options explained.
