What are my options to hide/remove big scar on my temple? (photo)

Hi. Im 23 years old male who had a surgery about 10 years ago for birthmark removal. The birthmark was big and the surgery left me with 2,5x5,5cm scar in my temple. Two years ago i went trough scar removal surgery and it only decreased the size of the scar about 0,7cm in width. What are my options to decrease the size and/or hide the scar? Hair transplant? Re-do the surgery(i dont think it will work)? Some combination?

If the bumps on your forehead are scar tissue and not bone, then they should be able to be removed fairly easily.  If the scar is over one of the bumps, then the incision could be done through the existing scar.  You most likely would need a new incision over the other bump though,...

I would treat these hypertrophic and potentially keloid scars on the back and chest with a combination of IIT, laser, and pressure, coupled with topical silicone.

The longterm results of this treatment depend greatly on whether there is cartilaginous involvement of the keloid.  I would perform a careful presurgical examination to determine the extent of keloid within the tissue.
