Blackheads can be a sign of excess sebum. A photo would be appropriate. However, in our office, we would recommend at-home application of Melapads Daily Exfoliating Pads coupled with Elevase for hydration and in-office chemical peels. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
