Downturned mouth after chin implant. Would a DAO excision fix the downturning? (Photo)

In 2023 I had a chin implant which left me with lower lip incompetence and a severely downturned corners. I had an operation to resuspend the tissues in 2025 but it was unsuccessful as I dont think it was a real mentalis resuspension, the dr just said he used microendotines to hike up the chin tissue and reduced the inner vestibule with no result. I look miserable all the time as the corners of my mouth are so downturned as theyre being pulled down by the implant,scar tissue and mentalis ptosis. I dont want to remove the implant nor do I want a corner lip lift as I dont want the scars. Would DOA excision work if the implant + scar tissue + mentalism ptosis is the reason for the downturning? I dont care about the center of my lip I just want my corners to be upturned and symmetrical again. I can live with the mentalis droop if my corners can at least be corrected.

I need a true side view photograph showing your whole face. If you think you have a recessed chin it can be corrected easily through an intra-oral approach so there are no external scars. I need more photograph to give an accurate answer. Thank you, Shiloh
