Can nasolabial fold lines and collagen naturally reverse?

I am 28. I use moisturizer, eat right, & use SPF religiously. Overnight I looked old, my smile & mouth look different . Thought it was my lips, so i got juvederm. But then I realized something else was going on. It's so hard to see in photos, but my lower face looks like an old woman. My skin feels different, my chin skin feels bonier & nasolabial fold lines appeared. Can this naturally be reversed without filler? Filler is so expensive, should i look into fat grafting instead. I'm devastated.

There are a lot of different factors that can affect the quality and appearance of skin, including underlying health issues, genetics, weight loss, and the environment.  Sometimes, lack of sleep and dehydration can contribute to less healthy-appearing skin.  I recommend drinking 8-8oz glasses of water a day, as well as making sure you are sleeping well.  I would recommend seeing your primary care doctor first.  He or she may want to do routine blood work to make sure that your levels of hormones and different cells or normal.  Sometimes, imbalances in hormones (like thyroid hormone) can affect the appearance of the skin.  If everything is normal, I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon; there are a variety of non-surgical options that could be utilized to improve the appearance of the facial skin, depending on the exact nature of the issue.
