It is perfectly fine to do the breast reduction and liposuction of the abdomen at the same surgery if you are otherwise healthy. Most patients experience a dramatic relief from their discomfort after the reduction. At 60 years of age many patients that do liposuction of the abdomen without skin tightening procedures will notice a significant loosening of the skin so be sure you will be OK with that. 

Women with large breasts often have a body build that tends to carry weight in the abdomen, apple shaped rather than pear shaped. After menopause body fat commonly redistributes to tha abdomen. Combining liposuction or a tummy tuck with a breast reduction can improve the result and be a safe combination.  I encourage you to find a surgeon  in your area certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Good luck!
