Looking for suggestions for lower face/neck/jaw contouring. I feel like my chin is small and my jawline is soft causing it to look very saggy. I am looking for something to make my jawline sharper. I have been thinking of Kybella for my neck but have heard negative things about it and that fillers may be a better option along my jawline to make it more prominent

A front face view would have additionally been helpful  here. However, at least from the profile views provided,  it appears that a number of issues can be treated nonsurgically via the use of appropriately selected robust HA fillers properly injected. For example, the use of an appropriate, robust HA contouring filler in the region of the posterior angle of the jawline and along the jawline would likely  diminish the sagging there and better define and straighten the jawline itself. Likewise, a robust HA volumizing filler can be used to augment the chin and increase its projection, which would not only better harmonize the projections of the nose, lips and the chin,

Kybella along your jawline and submental area should sharpen your jawline and this is mostly permanent. You need a skilled injector to do this.
Dermal filler into your recessed chin and along the jawline would look great, but it needs repeated each year. 
A combination of both would be best, but again the skill of the injector is most important.

Your photographs are helpful, but not definitive. You need to have an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon. If it’s fat that you have in your neck, then liposuction of any kind will improve in your jjae definition. On the other hand, if this is your tongue muscles that are protruding, then you may either leave it alone or actually have the digastric muscles removed.
