After Clear+Brilliant my skin looks more brown. Should I follow up with Microneedling in a few days?

Hi there I have normal brown Indian/Pakistani skin with lots of Suntan. After yesterday's Clear+Brilliant (Permea) session, my skin looks noticeably darker today. - Is this expected? - Should I followup with a Microneedling session in a 2-3 days from now? Thanks.

This is a good question! However, it is hard to say exactly say what is going on without a photograph.  After Clear+Brilliant the skin tends to get gritty and bronzed.  The gritty and bronzed skin is due to the bad collagen being extruded from the skin after the laser treatment. This fades over the next two weeks.  Some physicians recommend using hydroquinone or retinols to decrease this effect.  I recommend that you follow up with the board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with cosmetic training.

the skin darkens for a few days after clear and brilliant and specific skin care is needed to help the healing profess. I suggest seeing an expert and following a post procedural skin care protocol.  They should have explained to you the process of CB.
I suggest a combination approach of for facial rejuvenation :
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel, Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restBest, Dr. Emer.
