Can you darken most of your eyebrow hair with an eyebrow transplant if your head hair is dark?

I am looking to get thicker and darker eyebrows. if you can't mostly darken your eyebrows how do you get a good result from the transplant? I know tinting is an option, but I am looking for a more permanent option. Thanks
