Hi! I got a 6mm sliding genioplasty. I wanted to ask if I got radiesse chin filler ( like 0.5 ) ML is this going to negatively affect the screws or mess up the bone? I heard radiesse can be attached to the bone ? What if attaches to a screw. I would like a little more projection as my surgeon was conservative

Since you apparently have such concern and trepidation, my question would be why use a calcium-based, semi-permanent filler, such as Radiesse, when there are a number of very robust, hyaluronic acid-based, lifting and volumizing fillers, such as Restylane Lyft and Voluma XC, which, particularly in relatively non-mobile locations, such as the chin, may yield results that are very durable, yet may be dissolved with hyaluronidase if ever necessary and likewise have no concerns about interaction with bone. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
