Does this fillet actually make my neck look worse? (photos)

Hi so I’m confused by my results. I had radiesse diluted to the neck lines in a 1 to 1 ratio I believe. These lines almost look worse on the right side. Not Sure what I should do to fix it. Seemed like a complete waste of money.
