I have discoid (not systemic) lupus, can I have radiesse or sculptors?

Hi! I have a slight sagging of the jowl and nasal labial folds. I'm 40, otherwise healthy, and have been diagnosed with discoid (not systemic) lupus. My condition is well under control with Plaquinil and I haven't had a flare in at least 11 years. Would I be able to use radiesse or sculptra or thread lift to remediate the sagging jowl and nasolabial folds? Or is fat transfer my only option? Please help. Thank you

your condition is very difficult, lupus is an autoimmune disease, altohugt have a good treatment, putting a filler can stimulate local inflammation and could be a trigger to start another crisis; In theory, fat transfer is better, but I recommend you keep quiet.
