Hi there,Thanks for your photos and enquiry.The pigmented scars look fairly recent from a chemical burn.I would give it about 2 months to allow complete healing and use a gentle scar cream with skin lightening ingredients and then see your Dr about Picosure for reduction of PIH. Yes the skin will get bettter and the pigmentation will fade in time after a few sessions (the speed varies among individuals), barring sun exposure and further chemical exposure. Burn marks are due to hyperpigmentation after an injury to the skin. Picosure can definitely help fade this pigmentation faster but must use the right settings in combination with some topical medicated creams and of course protecting the skin with a good sunscreen.
