Want results to look like my original nose, but smaller - are these results for realistic? (photos)

Question

I'm considering doing a rhinoplasty. I want it to look natural and maintain a similar look to my original nose, but smaller and fixing some imperfections. How close can I get to these results, like 80%, 90% similar, or less? What would be the main differences?

Your result is realistic but not the result I would try to achieve. Your tip has been left too long which makes a rhinoplasty look obvious. Your nose not only needs the hump removed but also the tip raised up.

How close can a rhinoplasty approach your expectations?Your simulations show a nose which is somewhat thinner in the front view and with a reduction in the forward projection of the dorsum in the profile view. These are modest changes which should be attainable with a Rhinoplasty. Some patients would also like to reduce ever so slightly the forward projection of the tip and possibly raise the tip a millimeter or so so that it doesn’t go down upon smiling. That of course is all up to the patient.
