I'm considering doing a rhinoplasty. I want it to look natural and maintain a similar look to my original nose, but smaller and fixing some imperfections. How close can I get to these results, like 80%, 90% similar, or less? What would be the main differences?

Hi,It looks like you are lacking adequate support in the middle vault of the nose. Usually results from previous surgery or trauma. You also appear to have a septal deviation. These issues can certainly be improved with a functional rhinoplasty. Best of luck.JJ
