What is wrong with my nose 10 years post-op? I want roundness back in my tip - what is the least risky option? (Photos)

Its been over 10 years living with this nose and I feel that my rounded tip fit my face much better. My dr did everything he can to over refine the tip I guess, which I never wanted. I'd appreciate a professional opinion on what can be done (least risky) so i have some roundness back in my tip. I have 7mm tip cartilages left. Lots of suturing done to make them pointy and also shield plus cap grafts along with a columellar strut! What's the least risky solution?
