I had a rhinoseptoplasty to correct my broken nose. I think my surgeon made it too short and wide. It makes me miss my ethnic features and I’m devestated. Is there a way to correct this? I’m 18 months post op.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal tip appearance that is narrower than what you started with. If you see that your nose is wider in the morning, compared to the evening, then you may in fact have some residual swelling that could take an additional 6 months to completely...
