Can nostril flare + upward pull during smiling be refined after a previous rhinoplasty? (Photos)

okkylieok
hi! i had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty in 2020 and overall i am very happy with the shape of my nose at rest. the only thing that still bothers me is the way my nostrils move when i smile or talk. when i animate, my nostrils flare outward and upward more than i would like, and the pull is a bit uneven from side to side. this also makes my nasolabial crease start higher and closer to the nose on one side - and just closer to my nose on both sides than i would like. i am wondering if a small refinement procedure could help stabilize the alar base and reduce this dynamic flaring. i have read a little about LLSAN or depressor septi nasi modification, as well as subtle alar base support, but I am not sure which approach is used in a situation like mine. i am not looking to change the overall look of my nose. i am just hoping to refine the dynamic movement when I smile. is this something that can be addressed with a minor rhinoplasty refinement, and what techniques are typically used? attaching photos of my current nose both stationary and in dynamic movements. as well as a prettt sloppy mockup of *roughly* what i would want. thank you!
