I'm a 39 year old female. Over years I've hado have a few treatments with steroids and I've lost and gained weight and lost again. At corners of my mouth I have developed pads. My nasiolabial lines aren't deep but these pads make it look like I've a sagging face and deep lines. I don't know what they are or the treatment that I can do to help the appearance. I do not want to go down the line of invasive treatment currently. Thank you
Answer: Morpheus 8 Thank you for your question! It is normal for our skin to become lax as we gain and lose weight and as we age. What you are noticing is completely normal, but there are treatments available that are minimally invasive with little to no down time. Morpheus 8 is is one of those options. This treatment uses radio frequency energy to stimulate your skin to produce collagen and to tighten skin. It can be especially helpful in the jowl area. Generally it is recommended to start with a series of 3 treatments. I recommend finding a provider and having an in person consultation to be 100% sure you are a candidate. Good luck!

Answer: Accutite Hi there,First off, Congrats on your weight loss journey! I do see the small fat pads you are reffering to around your nasolabial folds. I would recommend Accutite to the nasolabial folds and jowls areas. This could significantly improve the skin laxity, reduce the fat pads and provide extra skin tightening to prevent any deeper lines to form as you age. The great thing about this treatment is that it requires little to no downtime and you can do it in an office setting completely awake! Hope that helps!

Answer: Facetite - lines around face Try the Accutite handpiece instead of FaceTite. It's a smaller handpiece compared to FaceTite and we use it for smaller areas like eyelids. InMode is state of the art for non-invasive facial sculpting; we pair it with Morpheus radiofrequency microneedling. You may also consider Sculptra and some Restylane to help fill the hollow areas near. Best Wishes!!

Answer: Laugh Lines / Nasolabial Folds - Fillers + Sculptra, Lasers like Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, Radiofrequency, Peels, Skin Care I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Consider improving collagen and lifting tissue quality Around 40, our mid face begins to sag due to volume loss and the resultant tissue ie skin begins to pool around the lower face. Depending on our genetics, degree of sun exposure, and weight fluctuations, this skin may pool around the mouth, around the lower face and jawline. It’s hard to tell on photos but you have some sagging under the chin also possibly. I’m not sure what you mean by invasive and if you’ve not had anything to date but I’d suggest beginning with a comprehensive consultation with a doctor who can do more than just botox and fillers to get an idea of what options are open to you, over what timeframe and cost so you can decide including non invasive and minimally invasive such as Facetite as well as RF microneedling. As I say to patients, with age the longer we leave it, the harder it is to rectify and the more invasive the fix needed. All the best.
