Hello, I heard that Roaccutane can potentially make a nose appear thinner by reducing sebaceous gland activity. I was curious if there are other medications with similar properties. I've come across spironolactone (spiro), but the effects don't seem to last after using tretinoin. Some doctors affirm it, while others do not. Additionally, I wanted to inquire if tazarotene has a similar nose-thinning effect like Roaccutane
