Will jaw reduction, chin reduction, and a possible cheekbone reduction help my face look more feminine? (Photos)

Hello, 33yo Asian/Native American/white female that is interested in getting plastic surgery for my long face. I have been a chronic mouth breather since I was a child. I have put filler and sculptra in my cheeks, temples, under eye removal of filler, and removal of chin filler. Is there a way to make my face more feminine and smaller? I am self conscious about my face. Will rhinoplasty help as well? Thank you for your time!

The mandibular angles can be reduced by shaving or partial removal. Sometimes a thinner lower face can be achieved with liposuction of the lower face as well.

Yes, there are several options to consider for achieving this. Genioplasty, if done correctly and designed specifically to your case, or simply shaving the chin (at the right place), can do that.

The amount of sagging depends on how much reduction is done. However, the approach you show here is really not very good. You end up with irregular bone edges and require a substantial amount of metal to be used. We have been doing this kind of surgery for 20+ years without those problems.
