Hello, how can i make my jaw/chin look more feminine like the second picture? I've consullted with a few loocal surgeons who told me they can't do much for me

Changing the shape of the jawline is called V-Line surgery. The angles of the mandible and the chin are changed in order to create a slimmer facial appearance. Sometimes the changes are performed by shaving and in some cases, the bone is cut away and plates and screws are placed.

I'm writing this response moments after doing a rhinoplasty with jaw reduction for a young woman. These two do effect each other with regards to balance and proportion. We can reduce your nose and jaw at the same time to get closer to the look you seek. Both together take about 2 hours.

It appears that your chin is retruded and small; for that reason a chin augmentation with appropriate implant would be the most logical solution. In person or at least teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in chin surgery would help. In many practices...
