Hello, how can i make my jaw/chin look more feminine like the second picture? I've consullted with a few loocal surgeons who told me they can't do much for me

Changing the shape of the jawline is called V-Line surgery. The angles of the mandible and the chin are changed in order to create a slimmer facial appearance. Sometimes the changes are performed by shaving and in some cases, the bone is cut away and plates and screws are placed.

It appears that your chin is retruded and small; for that reason a chin augmentation with appropriate implant would be the most logical solution. In person or at least teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in chin surgery would help. In many practices...
