Haller Cell Opacification since last year on scans. Would I need sinus surgery to remove this?

Sinus surgery is entirely internal and should have no effect. If you feel that your face is flat, then fat transfer can be a good procedure to address this. Just find a facial specialist for consultation.

Your photos show more swelling in the cheek bones than the eyelids. It should go away with time but you should follow up with your surgeon the make certain everything is okay.

Depending on what your of surgery you had, it can be normal to have bloody drainage for a while after the procedure.  You should check with your doctor though.
