Haller Cell Opacification since last year on scans. Would I need sinus surgery to remove this?

I've had 2 CTs and 1 MRI, all show an opacified Haller Cell. The ENTs I've seen don't believe this is causing my symptoms. I have lower eyelid swelling (looks bulgy), pain, & blurry vision in one eye—the same eye and area where there is a Haller cell located on the medial orbital floor on the scans. Is this the probable cause of my symptoms? If so, would I need sinus surgery to remove this opacified Haller cell?
