Generally, dentists perform sinus lifts when there is not an adequate amount of bone in your maxillary sinus to sustain an implant. It's lifting of the floor of the sinus for more bone. In my opinion, this should not lead to any changes in your nose after previous rhinoplasty surgery. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Sinus lift and implant insertion mostly does not affect rhinoplasty result. Sometimes, cheek swelling or volume reduction may give a different look, but it does not affect the nose shape itself.
