I reviewed your photos and the donor area appears pretty sparse. I would suggest trying to do maybe around 600-700 to start. Since each graft can contain between 1-4 follicles, we could get you some additional volume in the crown. Since we include PRP with each transplant, that will be a benefit as well. If that is successful, we could do another transplant later from the same donor area.
