AirSculpt for front bra roll?

I’m a 33 y/o female who is very fit, but has a stubborn pocket of fat on one front bra roll area. I recently went in for an AirSculpt consultation and they said I would be a good candidate for AirSculpt, but I am still so nervous. They have so much marketing that I can’t tell what’s actually real, and nothing is specific to the front bra roll area. Would appreciate an honest answer as to how painful this procedure is in this area and whether I should be concerned about death or loose skin.
