Could AirSculpt be used instead of an inner thigh lift?

I lost a bunch of weight and have a bit of sagging/loose skin in the abdominal area just under my breasts, but also the inner thighs -- the sagging is pronounced enough to cause a noticeable crease.

Airsculpt is a branded liposuction procedure. The question is, could liposuction be used instead of an inner thigh lift? Liposuction is not a treatment for sagging / loose skin. Adding energy-based devices to the liposuction does not result in enough tightening to compete with excisional procedures such as thigh lifts or tummy tucks. Liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes fat. It does not remove skin. Having a noticeable crease in the inner thigh would be almost certainly make you not a good candidate for liposuction in that area. Loose skin is the abdomen is not a deal breaker when it comes to liposuction. As long as there is excess fat to remove and that the patient is realistic (wants to look good in clothes mostly) about the continued looseness, then it would be fine to move forward. It's hard to hide the thighs though.

Skin laxity after weight loss is best treated by procedures that remove skin.
For abdomen that would be a tummy tuck and for the thigh that would be a thigh lift.
If you’ve lost a lot of weight then you most likely don’t have much subcutaneous fat to remove with a Liposuction procedure. 
Liposuction does not tighten skin in any meaningful way.
Weight loss, patients need skin surgery, not Liposuction as a general statement.
