You would be a great candidate for tear trough and nasolabial fold dermal fillers. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. When injected into the nasolabial folds, the filler will make the area smoother, with less of a demarcation between the cheeks and the lower face. Filler in the tear trough, usually via a microcannula, will add subtle volume to reduce discoloration in this area. Fillers are also a great way to enhance your facial contours and refresh your appearance.

Hello Vmermaid. We would recommend Restylane for you under eye hollowing. Looks like 1 syringe would be enough. Nasolabial folds around the mouth and nose can be addressed with many different types of fillers. We use Radiesse, Sculptra, Restylane DeFyne, Countour, etc. Many are viable. Likely 2 syringes of typical filler. Finally, we would recommend some filler at either side of your chin in what's called the pre-jowl sulcus. The small indentation on either side of the chin at the jawline. Probably 1 syringe of Lyft or Radiesse. This would make the jawline more continuous and attractive. Best of luck.

Based upon the photo that you provided, you can benefit from fillers underneath the eyes and in your nasolabial folds (laugh lines - lines that go from the nose to the corners of the mouth). If done by an experienced injector you can smooth the hollowness underneath the eyes and make them look brighter in a subtle and natural way. I would recommend Restylane or Restylane Refyne for this. For the laugh lines, you can do either Restylane Lyft or Restylane Defyne or Juvederm plus. Once again, your results will depend on the injector themselves.

Fillers are used to add volume to depleted areas and to enhance facial contours. They work well under the eyes as well as the nasolabial folds. The only reason WHY your should get fillers would be because you want them to enhance certain features, You don't need them to look younger. If you were my patient and wanted to add some glamor I would inject Dysport or Xeomin into masseters to slim that part of lower face and some fillers to cheek area. The filler in mid portion of face will improve NLF as an added bonus.
