Is CoolSculpting a good idea before pregnancy?

CoolSculpting is safe to do before pregnancy. Keep in mind that the treatment is for spot reduction of fat and not a weight loss solution. As you gain weight during your pregnancy, it is possible that you will regain fat in the treated area.
