Specific time interval required between Vanquish treatments?

Question

I am interested in getting a series of Vanquish treatments but my schedule and location make it difficult to travel to a Vanquish provider once a week. I am wondering if waiting a month or more between Vanquish treatments, and completing the series of treatments over a much longer period of time affects the overall result. Thank you.

How often are treatments
performed?

A typical treatment plant consists of a series of six treatments
spaced one week apart. This may be modified per the BioSpa and will depend
on the area/s being treated, amount of fat, and desired result. It is strongly
recommended the treatment plan be executed just as outlined to ensure patients
achieve their intended result.

According to the company, there is no downside to spacing out
treatments to longer intervals. The final result will just take longer to
achieve.  Treatments less than one week
apart may not allow enough healing and may create some areas of firmness or soreness.

I think that you have a few options and we have tried these for patients with similar concerns as you. You can have up to 2 treatments in one week if you are in the area, or you can space them out per your travel availability.#vanquishfatreduction#vanquish

The sooner you get done with the vanquish treatments and cut your losses, the sooner you can move on and get some real results with liposuction. I have yet to see a patient who had vanquish treatments and saw any results. They may be out there though but I believe in unicorns too.

Hi,The manufacturer initial protocol is once a week, however some offices use an accelerated twice a week protocol.  Having longer than a week interval between treatments does not affect your outcome since we have had patients travel and finish their series later.Warmly,Dr.Liu

Hello there,Once a week is the recommended time interval, but you can certainly stretch out your appointments. Continue your treatments until you are happy with your results. In our San Francisco office, I recommend about 4-6 treatment sessions, and I also combine Vanquish with other treatments such as Z-waves (sonic waves) to help break up fat and provide a better result. With Vanquish, many patients often experience noticeable results after just one treatment. If additional treatment sessions are needed, they would not need to be completed once per week. Talk to your board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon about how many treatment sessions would be ideal and how far apart they would need to be.
