Thanks for the question, the chest tends to be more fibrous and may have extra breast gland which would require something more aggresive than vanquish. I like liposuction with either ultrasound or laser for breaking up the gland and fibrous tissue

Hi,In our experience with having both Coolsculpting and Vanquish,  Vanquish results in overall global fat reduction whereas Coolsculpting is for focal bulges.  In assessing the male chest, the ideal is focal contouring of the areas that feminize the male chest.Therefore,  I think Coolsculpting may be more appropriate but you need to be assessed by a physician that has both technologies.Warmly,Dr.Grace Liu
