I'm 18 and I had a both the cosmetic and turbinate surgery done 4 months ago and I've been struggling with acne ever since. I'm pretty sure it's the result of the surgery, only it's mostly on my cheeks and not on my nose. I also had surgery on the turbinates because I had trouble breathing and at first I thought I was breathing better but I still have more phlegm and mucus.

Herbal teas often contain ginseng, and other ingredients that are blood thinners, or impair the clotting mechanism of blood. I would avoid these, and most supplements for 10 days before surgery.
