Thank you for your question. After reviewing your photo, I believe that you are a candidate for rhinoplasty. By lowering and refining your tip, it will provide you with a more aesthetic, feminine appearing nose. Consult with a few Board-Certified plastic surgeons who will thoroughly examine you, create a 3D simulation, and tailor a plan to your individual needs and wishes.
hi there,Thank you for your question. When tip rotation, width, projection and length of the nose are considered for surgery. A rhinoplasty will indeed offer the opportunity to address these surgically, allowing tip definement, downward rotation and narrowing of the sills where indicated. Good luck
Hi,The obvious goal of a rhinoplasty is to help you meet your aesthetic standards for your nose. A very important part of this process is the consultation visit where your surgeon can thoroughly examine you and you can discuss what you like and dislike about your nose. At my practice, we also take 2 and 3D photos and with the patients input, morph the photos to their specific aesthetic ideal. Your surgical plan is devised during this meeting and details of the surgery specifically the limitations of surgery as well as the recovery are also discussed. Good luck,Mehdi Sina, MD
