I had lipo on my chin a year ago and have had a bump since very early in my recovery. My surgeon said that it was a hematoma. I got a second opinion from a different surgeon and he said that it “feels too soft to be a hematoma” and he thinks it’s fat that was missed. He quoted me for revision lipo but I really do not want to go through that again. Would Kybella be a good option? Would it be safe if it is a hematoma? It is a pretty small bump but it is enough that I have a double chin in picture
